Things like setting up automated system back ups, in house wireless internet, transferring data from  an old to an up graded computer are all things I never have time or inclination to do but are vital for me living in these modern social networking times.

Luckily my friend Lorien put me in touch with Mohd Noor Zaini, a computer doctor in KL who makes house calls, and is a whiz with Macs and PCs (though I would not know as I am apple girl through and through) In addition to Mohammad being able to come to your house and fix an existing problem he can also deliver any hardware (at store price) and set up for you, as I recently experienced when I upgraded my imac and printer.
